GOVEEO’s rates for all services—including EEO Investigations and Final Agency Decision (FAD) drafting—are based solely on the prime contractor’s agreement with the federal government. GOVEEO does not quote flat or hourly rates without first reviewing the contract scope, funding level, and deliverable expectations.

To ensure alignment and transparency:

• Prime contractors must disclose the contracted reimbursement amount for each service before GOVEEO confirms pricing.

• GOVEEO reserves the right to assess scope and funding before accepting any assignment.

• All deliverables are provided in compliance-ready PDF format, tailored to formatting criteria set by the prime contractor and/or Agency.

• Accepted payment terms: Net 15 or Net 30 only.

This policy protects GOVEEO from rate discrepancies and ensures fair, contract-aligned compensation for all federal subcontracting work.
